Release Notes: Schedule Adherence (Early Access)

Schedule Adherence is now available in Early Access, empowering managers to audit adherence with fixed working hours. Our new Schedule Adherence Live Report helps teams identify gaps in coverage, reduce wait times for customers, and maintain consistent shift coverage.

New Features

• Schedule Adherence Live Report: Compare employees' working hours against scheduled hours
  • Access by navigating to Live reports > Schedule Adherence 
  • Set shift start and end times
  • Track late starts and early departures
  • View productive time during scheduled hours vs. non-scheduled hours
  • Identify schedule infractions to address coverage gaps
  • Export data for further analysis

• Schedule Start/End Visualization: Schedule visualization now appears in:
  • Top Users and Groups Report (single-day view)
  • Productivity Report (single-day view)
• Enhanced Search Functionality: Improved user/group search in the Top Users and Groups Report
• Improved UI Performance: All updated reports now use React technology for faster loading and improved interface
