We're excited to announce the release of Attendance Notifications, now available in Beta. This new feature brings the power of Schedule Adherence to your inbox or collaboration tools, with timely alerts about late starts, early ends, and incomplete days.
What's new
Attendance Notifications helps managers monitor schedule adherence without constantly checking reports by:
- Automatically notifying you when team members arrive late or leave early
- Alerting you to workdays that fall below expected duration
- Delivering notifications via email, Microsoft Teams, or Slack
- Supporting customized delivery through easy configuration options
This Beta release provides three prepopulated notification types:
- Late start: Alerts when employees begin work after their scheduled start time
- Early end: Notifies when employees finish before their scheduled end time
- Incomplete day: Indicates when total work time falls below expectations
Requirements
- A paid ActivTrak account
- Schedule Adherence (EA)
- Admin/Power User access permissions
Getting started
To begin using Attendance Notifications:
- Navigate to Settings > Schedules to define your work schedule
- Go to Alarms > Configuration to customize and activate the prepopulated notification alarms
- Choose your preferred delivery method (email, Teams, or Slack)
