Absence Days

Definition

The number of scheduled workdays where no productive activity was logged and no approved time off exists. This helps you spot potential attendance issues or unplanned absences.

 

Example

If an employee is scheduled to work Monday through Friday but logs no productive activity on Tuesday and Thursday, and they don't have approved time off for those days, their Absence Days would be 2.

Days Ending Early

Definition

The number of days where a user's last activity ended before their scheduled end time. For flexible hours, this field will always be zero.

 

Calculation

Count of days where last activity duration < scheduled end time

 

Example

If an employee is scheduled to work until 5:00 PM but their last recorded activity ended at 4:30 PM on 3 days during the selected time period, their Days Ending Early would be 3.

Days Starting Late

Definition

The number of days where a user's first activity occurred after their scheduled start time. For flexible hours, this field will always be zero.

 

Calculation

Count of days where first activity time > scheduled start time

 

Example

If an employee is scheduled to start at 9:00 AM but their first activity was recorded at 9:15 AM on 5 days during the selected time period, their Days Starting Late would be 5.

Goal Achievement during Schedule

Definition

The percentage of days a user met their productivity goal within their scheduled hours. For flexible hours, it considers activity on scheduled working days. are shown in teal.

 

Calculation

(Days where productive time during schedule > goal / Total days during schedule) × 100%

 

Example

If a User worked 20 days in a month and met their productivity goal during scheduled hours on 16 of those days, their Goal Achievement during Schedule would be (16 / 20) × 100% = 80%.

Productive Hrs/Day

Definition

The average productive hours per day for the selected time period, including both scheduled and non-scheduled hours.

 

Calculation

Total productive hours / Total work days

 

Example

If a user had 120 productive hours across 20 work days, their Productive Hrs/Day would be 120 / 20 = 6.0 hours per day.

Productive Hrs/Day (Non-Scheduled)

Definition

The average productive hours per day that a user spends outside of their work schedule.

 

Calculation

Total productive hours outside scheduled time / Total days outside schedule

 

Example

If a user worked 2 hours outside their schedule on 10 different days during a 20-day period, their Productive Hrs/Day (Non-Scheduled) would be 20 / 20 = 1.0 hour per day.

Productive Hrs/Day (Scheduled)

Definition

The average productive hours per day that a user spends within their work schedule.

 

Calculation

Total productive hours during scheduled time / Total work days

 

Example

If a user had 80 productive hours during schedule across 20 work days, their Productive Hrs/Day (Scheduled) would be 80 / 20 = 4.0 hours per day.

Productive Hrs/Day (Time Off Days)

Definition

Average productive hours on days approved for time off. This captures productive activity without affecting traditional productivity averages, giving you a complete picture of work patterns.

 

Calculation

Total productive hours on time off days / number of time off days

 

Example

If an employee has approved time off on Monday and Wednesday, but logs 2 productive hours on Monday and 3 productive hours on Wednesday, their Productive Hrs/Day (Time Off Days) would be 2.5 hours (5 total hours / 2 days).

Schedule (Days)

Definition

The workdays assigned to a user's schedule.
  • M-F for Monday through Friday schedules
  • Individual days separated by commas for custom schedules (e.g., M, Tu, Th, Sa, Su)

 

Example

A full-time employee might show "M-F" while a part-time employee might show "M, W, F"

Schedule (Hours)

Definition

The designated start and end times for a user's work schedule formatted as hh:mm AM/PM - hh:mm AM/PM (e.g., 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). For Flexible Hours schedules, this field will say "flexible hours."

 

Calculation

A standard office worker might show "9:00 AM - 5:00 PM," while a flexible hours work will show "flexible hours"

Time Off Days

Definition

The number of full or partial days with approved time off. This helps you understand planned absence patterns across your workforce.

 

Example

If an employee has approved time off for all day Monday, half of Tuesday, and all day Friday during the selected time period, their Time Off Days would be 3.

Time Off Hours

Definition

The total duration of approved Time Off in hours. This provides granular insights into time-off utilization.

 

Calculation

Sum of all approved Time Off hours during the Activity Date

 

Example

If an employee has approved time off for a full 8-hour workday on Monday and a 4-hour half day on Wednesday during the selected time period, their Time Off Hours would be 12 hours (8 + 4).

Users with 100% Goal Achievement during Schedule

Definition

The number and percentage of users who achieved their productivity goals on every workday within their work schedule during the selected time period.

 

Calculation

Count of users where (Days achieving goal during schedule = Total work days during schedule)

 

Example

In a team of 10 people, if 3 people met their productivity goals every single workday during the selected time period, the metric would show 3 of 10 (30%).
