Release Notes: Productivity Signals - EA

Introducing Productivity Signals, a new feature that delivers timely, actionable workforce notifications directly to leaders and managers in their workflow. Productivity Signals address customer pain points around operationalizing ActivTrak data by providing bite-sized, targeted alerts about attendance compliance, productivity and performance trends.

Note: Productivity Signals require existing Schedule Adherence functionality to be configured. Ensure your Work Schedules are set up before configuring Schedule Adherence alerts.

  • Early access (EA): Available to select customers upon request. Production-ready but may have limited features.

Productivity Signals delivers timely, actionable workforce notifications directly to leaders and managers in their workflow. This feature addresses customer pain points related to operationalizing ActivTrak data by providing bite-sized, targeted alerts about attendance compliance, productivity, and performance trends.

 

Key capabilities

  • Late Start alerts: Triggers when users are late according to their assigned schedule
  • Early End notifications: Triggers when users stop working before the end of their assigned schedule
  • Incomplete Day tracking: Triggers when users work less than expected according to their assigned schedule
  • Targeted workforce insights: Provides bite-sized, actionable alerts for better workforce management
  • Seamless integration: Works within existing Schedule Adherence functionality

Leaders and managers can proactively address attendance issues and productivity trends by receiving real-time notifications about schedule adherence. This helps organizations maintain compliance standards while supporting employees in meeting their work schedule commitments.
