Release Notes: Offline Meetings and Location in Dashboards

Viewing and verifying hybrid work policy adherence is now even easier with the inclusion of offline meeting and location data from Insights (Professional and Legacy Premium plans) in the Productivity by User (Top Users & Groups) and the Productivity Trends (Productivity).

 

Productivity by User (Top Users & Groups)

 

What's New?

  • Offline Meetings column displays the total amount of time a user spent in non-digital work activity during a given time period. Click on a user to view the daily offline meeting time in the User Details section (as shown in the screenshot above). Note: Offline Meeting data is not counted towards a user's productive, total, or active time.
  • Location included in the User Details section (as shown in the screenshot above) indicates where the user worked during a given time period: Remote, Office, Remote/Office (a combination of remote and office locations) and Unknown (a location cannot be determined).

What's New?

  • Offline Meetings are displayed in the Single-Day Report, showing the total amount of time a user spent in non-digital work activity during a single day. Offline meetings are also displayed in the bar chart view, as shown in the screenshots above.
  • Location is displayed in the Single-Day Report next to a user’s name (as shown in the screenshot above), indicating where the user worked during a given time period: Remote, Office, Remote/Office (a combination of remote and office locations) and Unknown (a location cannot be determined).
     

Notes:

  • Users on a Professional or Legacy Premium Plan must enable the Outlook Calendar Integration or the Google Calendar Integration for Offline Meeting data to appear. Learn more here.
  • Users on an Essentials, Legacy Advanced or Free plan can request a free trial of the Professional plan to unlock these enhancements by emailing sales@activtrak.com.
